The EU decarbonisation process can have significant positive side effects externally, including in the European neighbourhood. However, to produce win-win outcomes, equity should be kept at the forefront of climate cooperation through both diplomatic efforts and technical and financial assistance. European instruments such as the Carbon Border Ad justment Mechanism (CBAM) and the EU’s Green Taxonomy are a case in point UR - https://mpr.bage.es/cgi-bin/koha/opac-retrieve-file.pl?id=c8c9e18f0ccf9586ec86df466b29c1d4 ER -
